How it all works

The equipment is lent to persons in need, and we try to keep the paperwork to a minimum.

You can simply show up during the hours our hours of operation and check out the equipment you need for as long as you need it. When you are done with it, just return it to our warehouse where it will be repaired and reused for others.

While we do not charge for this equipment, we do ask that you consider leaving a monetary donation. Donations help to replace worn equipment and fund community projects.

All electric equipment requires a note from a medical professional and has a refundable deposit upon the return of the equipment to the medical locker. The following are the standard deposits required of electric equipment:

• Electric scooters: $250 (includes new batteries)
• Hoyer Lifts: $250 (includes new batteries)
• Sit-to-Stands: $250 (includes new batteries)
• Lift Chairs: $50
• Knee scooters: $20

Donations or returns may be dropped off during normal business hours. Donations or Returns can also be placed in the shed at the back of our building during non-business hours.

Unfortunately, we cannot pick-up the equipment you borrowed from us. You will need to return the equipment to our office once you are done with it.
